Luminescent Cell Viability Detection Kit 是通過對 ATP 進行定量來測定培養物中活細胞 數目的一種快速均質檢測方法。ATP 是活細胞新陳代謝的關鍵指標。與傳統的 MTT 比色法 不同，這種基于高靈敏度生物發光方法的檢測技術，不受化合物自發熒光的影響，極大的壓 縮了操作時間和提高了檢測的靈敏度。
